Interface definitions
Each interface has a JSON file that lists its exchanges, copied from the registry specification. Programs read the JSON files. People read the HTML pages. If a file and the specification ever disagree, the specification is right.

The whole set, as one file: index.json. Definitions are versioned by replacement, and a consumer that fetched one cites it at its digest.
