The ledger is not a role

The ledger was published here as a lifecycle role on 5 October 2026 and withdrawn the same day. It keeps what the lifecycle owes: change dependency debt, owed to the owner of something that depends on what changed, and technical debt, owed to ourselves. AgentMesh decided that the ledger is a platform service, a record that agents call, rather than an agent that holds a role. A registry of roles therefore has no entry for it.
